Mysterious hole in the Clouds in Australia

Earlier this week a whole opened in the sky as it was out of the Movie Independence Day. This occurred in Victoria Australia. This  Phenomenon as explained by Meteorologist is a rare cloud formation know as fall streak hole. This happens  after water droplets in the clouds begin to freeze and grow, as ice crystals, they fall from the cloud and leave behind a hole.
