Dancehall Entertainer Ricky Trooper is calling on the Jamaican Ministry of Health to put a halt on travels to Africa due to Jamaicans contracting the EBOLA virus. --

Selector Trooper  does not believe that the Ministry did a good job in containing the Chikungunda virus so de does not believe that they are going to do any better controlling the EBOLA virus.
