Marvin Gaye's kids, Nona, Frankie and Marvin Gaye III are suing Pharrell and Robin Thicke for ripping off the work of their father. Gaye kids are claiming that Pharrell and Robin Thicke 2012 megahit "Blurred Lines" was ripped from their father "Got to Give it Up." On Thursday Pharrell and Thicke motion that was filed with US District judge John A. Konstadt that "Blurred Lines" did not infringe on copyrights to Marvin Gaye's song was denied. Next hearing is schedule for February 10 2015.
